MICROSCOPY

Microscopy is the scientific technique of examining objects and living beings using microscopes, which are devices that amplify images of small objects and their surroundings. There are two main types of microscopes: optical microscopes, which use light to visualize objects, and electron microscopes, which use beams of electrons. Microscopy is used in a wide range of fields, including biology, medicine, materials science, and engineering, to observe and study structures and processes at the cellular and molecular level. By magnifying objects up to millions of times their original size, microscopy enables researchers to see details that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye.
